Membership Fees Due and Payable November 1
It is highly recommended that you pay online from your home using a credit card. Click on the blue button near the top of this page “Member Login“. If you cannot use a credit card it is highly recommended that you mail in a check to 397 West Safari Street Coupeville, WA 98239.
2026 Membership In-Person Renewal dates:
- 24 November, 4PM to 5:30PM
- 8 December 2025, 4:00pm to 6:30pm
- 12 January 2026, 4:00pm to 6:30pm (Last in-person renewal)
Termination of Membership for those that haven’t paid
- 14 January 2026 Fob keys are deactivated – a $25 fee will be charged for reinstatement
Please get your payment in now, in November. Don’t wait until December when the Christmas and New Year’s rush is on. People tend to forget and it is also work for the volunteers who have to process these payments during the holiday season.

How to renew your membership/pay dues
On and after November 1 of your current membership year, you’ll have the option to pay your membership dues online. Follow these steps to renew your membership for the next year:
1. Click on Member Login on the right.
2. Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username or password, click on “Having trouble?” and select to retrieve either your username or password using your email address. If you have any additional issues logging in, please contact Larry Memmer or Ralph Young.
3. Under “Open invoices” find the dropdown that says “From” and change it from “Past year” to “Future 90 days.”
4. Your invoice will be displayed in the table. Select the option to pay your invoice and follow the instructions to enter your payment information.
